Downloading files from your Media Library
Click on your name at the top left-hand corner and select Media to access your Media Library.
Locate or search for the file you want to download.
Click on the download icon next to the file. Your download will start soon.

Bulk downloading files is not supported, so your files need to be downloaded individually.

Due to technical limitations, files uploaded to your community area won't show up in the Media Library - thus, they cannot be downloaded.
We always recommend keeping a backup of the files you upload to your community posts as these cannot be downloaded at this time.

Yes! If you'd rather download files directly from your lessons, you can do so from within the product editor.
