Once you start sending out an email campaign, we'll automatically start tracking analytics so you can keep an eye on how things are going!
In your campaign report area, you'll be able to see open rates, clicks, unsubscribes, and more. You can access these reports in a variety of ways!
Campaign analytics overview
To view some high-level statistics for your campaign, you can do the following:
Click on "Email" in the sidebar menu and select "Campaigns".
At the right-hand side of your screen, you'll see the analytics of the individual emails within all campaigns that have been sent. Things like open rate and click rate percentages will be shown here!
Viewing detailed reports for a campaign
To view statistics for a specific campaign, you can do the following:
Click on "Email" in the sidebar menu and select "Campaigns".
Find the campaign title you would like to view and click.
On the page that opens, you will be able to view the analytics report for your selected campaign. At the top, you can see active people in the campaign as well as people who have exited it already.
The right-hand menu will show an overview of our campaign analytics, such as emails sent, open percentage, etc. This will include:Sent - The number of emails sent in the campaign, including all received and bounced.
Open - The number of emails that were opened. Podia tracks an email as opened when the bottom pixel is triggered, which means the subscriber must scroll to the bottom of the email for it to count as an open.
Click - The number of opened emails that had at least one linked clicked, excluding unsubscribe and view in browser links.
Sale - The number of opened emails whose clicked links resulted in a product or community sign-up.
Bounce - The number of sent emails that were never received.
Unsubscribe - The number of emails received that led to unsubscribe link clicks.
Beneath the overview section will be an engagement area where you can view the analytics of each individual email sent within the series.
You can also select "Sales", "Clicks" and "Links" in this area to view the email address of a user who made a purchase or clicked on a link within your campaign.

Can I view a list of campaigns that a customer is currently enrolled in?
No, at this time, there is not a way to view a detailed list of which emails a customer is enrolled in.
