Here's how to view and download a certificate from a course you have completed.
View and download a certificate from a course you have completed
Log in to your customer dashboard by using the unique URL from the site you purchased the course from.
Click on your profile picture at the top right of the screen and select Products.
Click on View certificate next to the course you have completed.
And that's it!

Double-check that you've marked all lessons as complete.
If you're still not seeing the View certificate option for an online course after you have completed it, chances are the creator you have purchased the product from might have course certificates disabled.
Contact the person you have purchased the course from to double check if they have the certificate option enabled.
