Here's how to view and download a certificate from a course you've completed:
From your home feed, click Products in the sidebar menu.
Open the course you’ve completed and would like to view the certificate for.
Click View certificate at the top-right of the screen.
Click Download PDF to download the certificate to your device.

Double-check that you've marked all lessons as complete.
If you're still not seeing the View certificate option for an online course after you have completed it, chances are the creator you have purchased the product from might have course certificates disabled.
Contact the person you have purchased the course from to double check if they have the certificate option enabled.
