It can be alarming to try out new software and be greeted with a "Your account is locked" message. If you're seeing this message upon signing up, we should be able to get you up and running quickly!
Unlocking your account
To unlock your account, click the Verify identity button in your dashboard to complete the Stripe verification process.
Once your identity has been verified, your account will be unlocked.
If the Verify identity button is grayed out and not able to be clicked, please check that you have confirmed the email address for your account before proceeding.
