Managing the credit card on file for your Podia subscription

If your credit card information changes or you need to update it, you can easily manage the card we have on file for your Podia subscription!In this article:Updating a credit cardChanging which card is used for a subscriptionDeleting a card on fileUpdating a credit cardStep 1: Click on your avatar at the top right-hand corner and select Billing.Step 2: Next to Payment method, click on the Update payment method button.Step 3: On the next screen, which is provided by our payment processor, Stripe, locate the 🖊️ pen icon next to the card associated with the subscription you would like to update.Step 4: This will open a page you can select your payment method for the subscription on. To add a new card, click "Add payment method". Fill in the appropriate details and hit update when you're done!  This will add the new card on file & automatically start using it as the payment method for that subscription moving forward 🎉Step 5: Either select 'Return to Podia Labs, Inc.' on the next page or exit the screen when you are done.Changing which card is used for a subscriptionStep 1: Click on your avatar at the top right-hand corner and select Billing.Step 2: Next to Payment method, click on the Update payment method button.Step 3: On the next screen, which is provided by our payment processor, Stripe, locate the 🖊️ pen icon next to the card associated with the subscription you would like to change.Step 4: This will open a page you can select your payment method for the subscription on. You can either select one of the cards you already have on file or add a new one here! Once selecting or adding the new payment method, hit the Update button to save the change. You can change which card is used for all subscriptions at once by using the Make default option available in the '...' button under the list of your payment methods!Step 5: Either select 'Return to Podia Labs, Inc.' on the next page or exit the screen when you are done.Deleting a card on fileStep 1: Click on your avatar at the top right-hand corner and select Billing.Step 2: Next to Payment method, click on the Update payment method button.Step 3: The list of all payment methods we have on file will be listed here. Click on the '...' button next to the card you want to remove and select Delete.Please note that you cannot delete a payment method if it currently being used for a subscription. You will first need to change the card being used before deleting!Step 4: Once you're done, either select 'Return to Podia Labs, Inc.' or exit the screen 🙌And that's it!
